LinkedIn's job search filters help you narrow down from the millions of jobs. Use job search alerts to get notified when new positions open up in companies you're interested in, all the while connecting directly with recruiters or employees in your network. Connect with your friends to ask for a referral for companies you've applied.

Visual Design:
 

LinkedIn currently has a clean and contemporary design on its mobile app. The visual system needs more personality by adding more depth. The information is overloaded on most of the screens, the redesign is necessary for friendly user experience.
